Rashtrapati Bhavan’s Amrit Udyan to open for public from Feb 3 -Mar 31

The famed Amrit Udyan at Rashtrapati Bhavan will be open for public viewing from February 3 to March 31, 2026, the President’s Secretariat announced on Wednesday.According to an official statement, visitors will be allowed entry to the garden six days a week, from Tuesday to Sunday, between 10 am and 6 pm, with the last entry permitted at 5.15 pm. The garden will remain closed on Mondays for maintenance and on March 4 on account of Holi. Entry to the garden will be free of cost. Visitors can make advance bookings online through the official website — https://visit.rashtrapatibhavan.gov.in/.For walk-in visitors, self-service visitor registration kiosks will be available near the entry point.
The President’s Secretariat said that entry and exit for all visitors will be through Gate No. 35 of the President’s Estate, located near the junction of North Avenue and Rashtrapati Bhavan.To facilitate easier access, a shuttle bus service will operate from the Central Secretariat Metro Station to Gate No. 35 every 30 minutes between 9.30 am and 6 pm. The shuttle buses can be identified by the banner reading “Shuttle Service for Amrit Udyan.”Amrit Udyan, earlier known as the Mughal Gardens, is one of the most visited attractions during its annual public opening, drawing thousands of visitors eager to experience its seasonal floral displays and landscaped lawns.
