Vilas's character eventually grew up, says DONO director Avnish Barjatya

Poojan Chabra is one such rising star, who has recently made his debut in the much-anticipated movie "DONO." Directed by Avnish Barjatya, the film has garnered significant attention and acclaim, with Chabra's portrayal of Vilas being appreciated and applauded by a massive audience. 
Avnish Barjatya, known for his knack for storytelling and directorial finesse, expressed his admiration for his debut actor Poojan Chabra and his remarkable portrayal of the character Vilas in his movie DONO. Avnish Barjatya says, "I met Poojan for the first time on a Zoom call as he stays in Delhi and he had sent his audition test and if you see his test and his acting you will come to know he is a natural actor. I was very surprised that he is only 19 years old. The maturity that he has as an actor is so great. He has done such an amazing job in all the web series he has worked in. And we are very lucky that he has signed his first film with us."
Talking more about Vila's character Avnish says "Vilas's character was very small, but only because of Poojans ability. Vilas's character eventually grew up. I know when my Nani saw the first ever cut of the film. I asked which character she liked the most and she said yeh Vilas ka character mujhe bahut acha laga the wedding planner. It's such a memorable performance and such a lovely boy it was really fun working with him."
Poojan expresses his gratitude and says, "I am on cloud 9, over the film receiving so much love from the audience and Avnish sir appreciation. It's like a boost for me as an actor to work hard every day. I hope that I have fulfilled the vision that he had over Vilas. I am blessed and seeing my parents happy and in the teared eyes seeing me in Rajshr's film is something I have always manifested for. Thank you to the entire team of DONO for everything."
