Those who fast, they should sleep on the earth by following celibacy, and wake up in the morning and remember Hanuman ji along with Shri Rama and Mother Sita. On this day, Balmiki Ramayana or Goswami Tulsidas composed by Shri Ramcharitmanas, recitation of Sundarkand or recitation of Shri Hanuman Chalisa should be organized. Hanuman ji's Deity should be adorned with vermilion. It is called Chola plating. As naivedya, jaggery should be wet gram or roasted gram or gram flour ladoos. Subsequently Prasad should be received.

At the same time, all the gods equipped him with his weapons. Brahma ji gave a boon and said, O Maruti Nandan, this son of yours will be fierce for enemies, and no one will win it in war. This child will get older, by showing wonderful valor in war with Ravana, attaining the happiness of Lord Shri Ramchandra ji.
