Health worker rides camel to administer Covid vaccine

In Rajasthan, health workers using Camel  to go to remote villages for Covid vaccination. A health worker rode a camel to a village in Barmer district. The central government has issued a fresh advisory to the states for speeding up the pace of Covid-19 vaccination. The Covid-19 vaccination coverage in the country stood at 140.31 crore on Friday morning. The Union health ministry data showed more than 147.72 crore vaccine doses were provided to states and Union Territories (UTs). More than 57 lakh Covid-19 vaccine doses were administered on Thursday. Recovery rate in the country stood at 98.40 per cent highest since March, 2020.
