Gehlot to be Karnataka Governor, 8 states get new governors

After a long wait, the NDA government on Tuesday appointed 8 Governors. Among them four sitting Governors have been transferred to other states while remaing four states will get new Governors. According to the Oresident House press communique, union minister Thawar Chand Gehlot whas been appointed the new Governor of Karnataka while Mangubhai Chhaganbhai Patel will be new Governor of Madhya Pradesh. Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar will be new  Governor of Himachal Pradesh and Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati will takes over as the new Governor on Mizoram. 

P.S. Sreedharan Pillai,  Satyadev Narayan Arya, Ramesh Bais and Bandaru Dattatraya has been transferred to other states. Pillai goes from Mizoram to Goa as Governor. Haryana Governor Arya has been transferred to Tripura, Ramesh Bains, Tripura Governor has been transferred to Jharkhand as Governor and Himanchal Pradesh Governor Dattatraya has been transferred and appointed as the new Governor of Haryana.
