Congress: A party of without high command

The oldest national party Congress now a days is a party without High Command. It is almost two months when Rahul Gandhi resigned from the post of President. Since then the party is not able to elect the new party President. According to sources since party is headless for the last 60 days therefore state units have become almost defunct and running the party at their whims.
