It was a Tuesday morning in America,20 years ago, when in a terrorist attack, the World Trade Centre was completely smashed on September 11, 2001. About 3,000 people died. But before that two Doordarshan News officials-Pradeep Mehrotra and Mahendra Maharishi- went on official visit to USA. They saw the Twin Towers of World Trade Centre on August11,1990 in New York. At that time nobody could imagine that the Towers would disappear in not a distant future in an unimaginable and terrifying tragedy.
