In Tamil Nadu,six workers were killed following an explosion at a firecrackers at Virudhunagar manufacturing unit on Saturday. The blast is suspected to have taken place during the process of mixing chemicals and it flattened at least one room and led to the deaths.Fire and rescue services are on the scene, working to put out the fire and clear the debris to check for any other workers who may be trapped underneath.Virudhunagar District Collector VP Jeyaseelan says, "6 people have died and we have ordered a very detailed investigation."

According to information, the incident took place at Sainath Fireworks, where the workers were engaged in the production of firecrackers when the explosion occurred.
