Brahmasthan means the central place of the plot and not the center point. The area of the Brahmasthan is decided on the basis of the ratio of the area of the total plot. This means that if the plot becomes bigger then its Brahmasthan will also increase and in smaller places the Brahmasthan will also be smaller, in proportion to the area. Vastu of 81 verses has been given for ordinary houses, in which 9 by 9 = 81 verses 9 are of Brahma. This made Brahma's place the 9th part of the entire plot. People mistakenly consider the very central point of any plot to be the Brahma place. If Vastu of 100 padas is applied, then the place of Brahma becomes 16 padas. This ratio came to 6.25 i.e. not 9th part of the plot but it will be 6.25 part. If a plot of 64 padas is taken, then the place of Brahma in it is limited to four padas. That is, in the 16th part of the total posts, Brahma remains limited. According to different constructions, it has been told in the scriptures that how the padas of Vastu Mandal will be applicable.
Never do these 3 violations related to Brahmasthan:
, Do not build a water body in Brahmasthan, do not keep a water filter or aquarium here.
, Do not build a wall or pillar in the Brahmasthan, not even a nail should be planted here.
, Many people get the courtyard built in the Brahmasthan and in the middle of the Brahmasthan, like a platform, this is a Vastu violation and should never be done. If you have made any such mistake then correct it immediately.
