MP:Amit Shah releases 5 lakh Ujjwala gas connections for poor families

In Madhya Pradesh, Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday inaugurated the second phase of Ujjwala Yojana in Jabalpur, He released 5 lakh gas connections for the poor families of Madhya Pradesh and also symbolically provided free gas connections to 5 women. Addressing the programme, he said that the goal of the government under Modi is to bring smile on the faces of all the poor, feed every hungry person, provide jobs to every unemployed and ensure that development touches and covers every family in the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is relentlessly working on the goal of self-reliant India. To fulfill this goal, he designed such policies that would improve the standard of living of the poor.
Among the welfare schemes, flagship programs like opening of 60 crore Jan Dhan accounts, Ayushman Bharat, home to every poor, electricity and water in every household are prominent. He said that the vision of the Prime Minister is to make all-round and all-inclusive development of 130 crore people and this goal will be achieved very soon. Addressing the program virtually from Delhi, Union Petroleum Minister Hardeep Puri said that the objective of Ujjwala scheme will be implemented in 38 districts of Madhya Pradesh where LPG penetration is less than 90 percent.

Earlier, addressing the Balidan Diwas celebrations organized in the memory of martyr Raja Shankar Shah and Kunwar Raghunath Shah, Home Minister Amit Shah announced that tribal museums would be set up across the country to preserve the heritage of tribal freedom fighters.He told that for this, 9 museums have been conceived at a cost of about 200 crores. A museum will be built in Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand, Kerala, Telangana, Manipur, Mizoram and Chhindwara district of Madhya Pradesh.
