The government on Saturday transferred Secretary-, additional secretary- and joint secretary-level appointments.
Eleven of these are secretary level appointments. Here is the full list:

Adviser, Mlnlstry Of Health and Family Welfare as Secretary, Department of Border
Management, Ministry of Home Affairs.
(v) Ms. Juthika Patankar, IAS (UP:88), Additlonal Secretary, Ministry of
Skill Development and Entrepreneurshlp as Secretary, Central Information Commission,
Department of Personnel & Training in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of
India by temporarily upgrading the post.
(vi) Ms. Anita Praveen, IAS (TN:89), Special Secretary, Depanment
of Telecommunlcatlons, MllllStf Of Communications as Special Secretary, Ministry of Food
Processing Industries by temporarlly upgradlng a vacant post of Joint Secretary in
the Mlnistry. The offlcer wlll take over as Secretary, Mlnlstry of Food Processlng
Industries upon superannuation of Ms. Pushpa Subramanyam, lAS (TG:85) on 31.01.2022.
2. The ACC has also approved in-situ upgradation of the following officers to the level
of Special Secretary in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India as
a measure personal to them:
(i) Shri Rohit Kumar Singh, IAS (RJ:89), Additional Secretary, Ministry of Culture as
Special Secretary, Ministry of Culture by temporarily upgrading the post held by the
officer.

Secretary to the Government of India.
