Russian attacks across Ukraine killed 11 people and left another 11 injured on Thursday. Ukrainian emergency services said on Telegram, after a massive new wave of Russian attacks targeted the pro-Western country's energy infrastructure, triggering emergency blackouts in a number of regions. The attacks come a day after the US and Germany agreed to deliver tanks to Kyiv. Canada also confirmed that it will be sending four Leopard tanks to Ukrainian forces.

Meanwhile, Russian authorities designated the independent news outlet Meduza an “undesirable organisation” on Thursday, effectively outlawing the site from operating in Russia and banning any Russian from cooperating with Meduza or its journalists, as reported by The Guardian. Ukraine President Zelensky has said that Putin is nobody to me.

In a recent interview with Sky News, President Zelensky told British journalist Kay Burley that Russia's Vladimir Putin is "nobody" to him following the full-scale invasion and that he has no interest in meeting with him.

Talking to a British Journalist, he said that "It is not interesting for me," Zelensky said about a potential face-to-face meeting with Putin. "Why? Because we had a meeting with him in Normandy Format, it was before the full-scale invasion. I saw the man who said one thing and then did another."
