In Manipur, the flash flood continues to wreak havoc in the state. Imphal City has been badly affected by the flood. Most of the roads leading to Imphal town have been submerged. The Rajbhavan and surrounding areas have also been submerged in the water. The Khwairamband Ima Market and other markets look deserted as water is inundated in the area. The Rajbhawan is also flooded.
Raj Bhavan is getting submerged in flood. It is rarest to see Manipur Governor personally checking water level in the Raj Bhavan.
