Earlier, the party released its second guarantee. Senior leader Ashok Gehlot said in Delhi that under the Jeewan Raksha Scheme, the party will provide health insurance upto Rs 25 lakh. to all Delhi residents. The Congress committee has decided to include this in our manifesto for the Delhi Assembly elections, Gehlot said.
