Chief Minister of Assam Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, visited Granth Kutir in Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi and viewed the collection of manuscripts. In a social media post, the President’s Secretariat said that through a rich collection of manuscripts and books in 11 classical languages of India, Granth Kutir showcases India’s rich and diverse cultural, philosophical, literary and intellectual heritage.
