Is China using“SALAMI SLICING“ policy?

In a major breakthrough Chinese troops disengage the Galwan Valley area along the Line of Actual Control (LAC).    But according to experts,  China pulling back its army from LAC is an eyewash . In fact China is using its secret policy that is SALAMI SLICING.In absence of clear demarcation of LAC.. PLA  intermittently creates border tension on LAC by advancing its army from its base camp to cross LAC.

Then in order to de-escalate tension... they retreat only to a few kms instead of going back to its original base camp.And it is  practically not possible every time  for Indian troops to cross check  how far the PLA went back to its actual base. And taking advantage of  absence of clear demarcation of LAC... for namesake retreat....China moves from its original base camp  forward to substantial distance.And establish a new camp by claiming  it as original base camp.In this way China grabs the land gradually. And it is  dangerous to India as well as to Nepal and Bhutan.
