A Bhopal CBI, court has sentenced seven years Rigorous Imprisonment with a fine of Rs.3000/- each to the three accused, the candidate Amit Gaur, the impersonator Nitish kumar @ Montu kumar and the middleman Pankaj Kumar. The investigatng agency had registered a case of alleged irregularities in VYAPAM exams related to the Madhya Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment Test-2012 in 2015 after SC direction in this regard. Among the accused two belong to Bihar and the third is from Morena, MP. After investigation, a charge sheet was filed against the accused persons in June 2016 before the Designated Court. The Trial Court found the three accused guilty and acquitted one person.
