UP sets up Outsource Service Corporation, Cabinet clears 15 proposals

In a major relief for families, the Uttar Pradesh Cabinet on Tuesday approved a cap of Rs 5,000 on stamp duty and registration fees for partition deeds in property division. Until now, property partitions attracted 4 per cent stamp duty and 1 per cent registration fee on the property's value, discouraging families from registering deeds and fueling disputes in civil and revenue courts, according to an official statement. The new provision is expected to reduce litigation, facilitate amicable settlements, update land and revenue records and make properties more easily available in the market, it added.UP Minister AK Sharma informed the media about the Cabinet decisions in Lucknow, the cabinet passes proposal for providing license to private operators for transportation in cities on net cost contract basis, government won't provide funds but will provide e-charging infrastructure”.

UP minister Om Prakash Rajbhar said "15 proposals have been approved, and one proposal has been asked to be considered. Now there will be a reservation for all the employees who are being hired through outsourcing." This will secure the future and salary of the outsourced employees, and all their rights will be kept safe, he said.

The Yogi Cabinet also released the Electronic Components Manufacturing Policy and implemented it in Uttar Pradesh... Centre will give 50% of the investment as an incentive, and the state will give the same amount. 

State Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna says, " A public limited non-profitable company has been formed... Through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, the corporation will choose the service providers and agencies. The salary of these people will be between Rs. 16,000 and Rs. 20,000... The term of appointment will be 3 years... All the provident fund will be deposited directly into their accounts... Along with this, the provision of a reservation has also been set for the SC/ST, OBC, former soldiers, freedom fighters."
