Tension at actor Mohan Babu's home over son's entry attempt

In Telangana, chaos ensued at veteran Telugu actor Mohan Babu's Jalpally home in Hyderabad on Tuesday when his younger son Manoj attempted to enter the house while a video journalist covering the development was also allegedly attacked.Manoj, who is also an actor, tried to force his way inside the house, only to be pushed out by private security personnel deployed there. TV visuals also showed Mohan Babu trying to hit a video journalist, who was covering the development, with a microphone. The video journalist reportedly suffered injuries. Manchu Manoj came to his father's home along with his wife but they were stopped by the security personnel.
As per report, the police and private security personnel of Mohan Babu, who were present at the house to secure the premises foiled the attempt and chased away the intruders. During the scuffle Manoj, was heckled and pushed outside the house.The Pahadishareef police had deployed police personnel since morning after a case was registered against Manoj on Sunday night based on complaint of Mohan Babu. The Pahadi shareef police had recorded the statement of Mohan Babu and enquired into the incidents reported at the house on Sunday. A case is also booked against Mohan Babu on a complaint made by Manoj and his wife alleging they were attacked at the house.
After this controversy, Mohan Babu along with his elder son Manchu Vishnu was admitted to Continental Hospital. He is being treated by doctors. Mohan Babu released an audio saying that Manoj has no authority to enter his house and his younger son has defamed him. He complained that his wife was hospitalized due to this dispute. In the audio message, it was suggested that this dispute should come to an end. The feud has been simmering for years. Manoj has openly accused Mohan Babu of favouring his elder brother, Manchu Vishnu, in the division of family wealth. Vishnu, now residing in Dubai, has reportedly distanced himself from the turmoil. Adding to the tension, reports suggest that Mohan Babu disapproved of Manoj’s marriage to Mounika. Despite his opposition, the couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in 2023. This isn’t the first public fallout within the family.
