In Madhya Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi virtually distributed the records of land rights papers to1.71 lakh beneficiaries on Wednesday. Prime Minister while addressing the programme said that earlier the the people of the village could not fully utilize their land for their development due to unavailability of property records. The energy, time and money of the people of the village was wasted in disputes and fights over illegal occupations over village land and village houses.
The Prime Minister said that it is very important to remove the country's villages, village property, land and house records from uncertainty and mistrust. PM Swamitva Yojana is going to become a huge strength of our brothers and sisters of the village in this direction.The Prime Minister added that the Swamitva Scheme is not just a scheme to provide legal documents, but it is also a new mantra for development and trust in the villages of the country with the help of modern technology. He said that the survey through drone technology is going to give a new dimension of development to the villages of India. The Prime Minister said that, now the government itself is coming at the door of the poor and empowering the poor.
