Vice Admiral Sreekumar Nair AVSM NM, Director General Naval Projects, Visakhapatnam, Shri Manish Kumar Sinha, Commissioner of Police, Visakhapatnam and Commodore Rahul Gokhale Commanding Officer INS Circars paid homage to the Veers of Kargil War in a solemn wreath-laying ceremony at ‘Victory at Sea’ War Memorial Visakhapatnam on 26 Jul 21.
