CBI: 7 SPs promoted as DIGs

In CBI, seven SPs have been promoted to DIG. The Competant Authority have approved the promotion. Newly promoted IPS officers belonged to 2006 batch. They are already posted in the agency. Among them two IPS officers are from the Jharkhand cadre while one each is from UP. Haryana, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh cadre.  Meanwhile two officers posted as SP in CBI. They are Vikas Kumar and Vishal Chawre. Kumar is a 2013 batch AGMUT cadre IPS officer and Chawre is a 2010 batch IA&AS officer.
