Union Home minister Amit Shah has claimed that the BJP will win 26 of the 30 seats that went to the polls in West Bengal in the first phase of assembly election while. Shah also said BJP will secure 37 of the 47 seats that went to polls in Assam. Talking to newsmen in New Delhi on Sunday he said that after many years, the polling process was held without any incident of violence in West Bengal. I want to thank the women of West Bengal for polling in favour of the BJP. BJP will form government in West Bengal with more than 200 seats, He further added, “People are disappointed with (Mamata) government. People voted for change from the Left, but nothing changed. We have promised a Sonar Bangla. We want to make it shublam shuflam. Bengal will develop.”
