'He is 'Sardar' of fakeness', Lalan Singh slams Rahul Gandhi

The Janata Dal (United) on Sunday accused Rahul Gandhi of hypocrisy on the issue of caste census, charging him with maintaining silence when Bihar CM Nitish Kumar raised the matter in INDIA bloc meetings.Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan (Lalan) Singh says, " He finds everything fake when he himself is the 'Sardar' of fakeness. The caste census that happened in Bihar, based on that he was demanding a caste census (nationwide). When we were part of INDIA alliance and were demanding the same, then they were silent. Why were they silent?."

The party also asked why the Congress government in Karnataka has not released the state's caste data.
