12 IAS officers empanelled as Secretaries

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved empanelment of 12 IAS officers for holding Secretary level posts at the Centre. Among the empanelled IAS officers, one is from 1985 and one belong to 1987 batch, 2 are from 1989 batch while rest officers belong to 1988 batch. This was the third secretary level empanelment in 2021.

Now 55 officers have been empanelled as secretary in GoI this year so far.
