Earlier, he was given the additional charge of the Board for for three months on Jne 1 this year.

Goyal, lAS) (Retd.) as Chairman and Managing Director, India Trade Promotion Organisation for a period of one year beyond September01..2021 or until further orders, whichever is earlier. He is a 1979 atch Kerala cadre IAS officer.
