Prime Minister Narendra Modi received a grand public welcome upon his arrival in Gujarat’s Jamnagar on Sunday. Addressing party workers and supporters, the Prime Minister said Gujarat’s election outcomes reflected long-term public trust and governance continuity. “The local body poll results in Gujarat can become a study subject for experts as to why people repeatedly vote for one party,” Modi remarked during his speech in Jamnagar. The Prime Minister also referred to the recently discussed election developments in West Bengal, claiming that the results there had drawn international attention. Modi said discussions around the Bengal outcome were taking place globally and suggested that the public response indicated deep frustration among people before the elections. He added that the outcome had brought “relief” to people across the country because it reflected the extent of suffering experienced there.

The Jamnagar event witnessed a significant turnout, with supporters lining roads and gathering at the venue to welcome the Prime Minister. Visuals from the event showed large crowds waving party flags and chanting slogans as Modi arrived in the city.
