Champions Trophy: NZ beat SA in semifinal, to face India in final

New Zealand beat South Africa by 50 runs in Champions Trophy semifinal in Lahore on Wednesday. New Zealand scored a mammoth 362 for six after electing to bat, courtesy Rachin Ravindra and Kane Williamson's fluent centuries, and then restricted South Africa to 312 for 9 in 50 overs. Ravindra scored 108 off 101 balls, while Williamson made 102 off 94. For South Africa, Lungi Ngidi took three wickets, while Kagiso Rabada claimed two, and Wiaan Mulder picked up one. The winner of this high-stakes encounter. South Africa seemed to be on course in the initial part of their run chase but they stumbled later on, losing wickets in the middle overs, to eventually lose their way.

New Zealand will face India in the final on Sunday. India stormed into the final, beating Australia by four wickets in Dubai on Tuesday evening.
