Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that the public mandate received by the BJP in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections is a reflection of the aspirations of a New India. He said, the public support received by the Party is a manifestation of the youth of India. The Prime Minister highlighted that it is also a support of the public given to the BJP for the empowerment of the poor, exploited, deprived, tribals. The Prime Minister was addressing the BJP workers at Party Headquarters in New Delhi on Thursday evening after the Assembly Elections results of Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh.
Modi said that the increased support base for the BJP shows public anger against dynastic politics is constantly growing. He hailed the BJP for winning the bypolls in Bihar and Rampur. He also praised the election commission for conducting fair polls. Modi assured the people of Himachal Pradesh that BJP's development commitment is 100 per cent. In his address at the Party Headquarters, BJP President J P Nadda has thanked the people of Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat for their mandate and the party workers for their hard work. Nadda said, it is a historic day as the party has achieved a record-breaking win in the Gujarat Assembly elections. Speaking on the results of MCD polls in the national capital, the BJP Chief thanked the party workers for their hard work. He said, the party will play a constructive role as an opposition in the MCD. He accused the Arvind Kejriwal-led government of not releasing the 33 thousand crore rupees fund owe to the MCD.
