Siddhanth Kapoor impresses with his work in movie 'The Heist'

Actor Siddhanth Kapoor has always believed in quality over quantity as an artiste. His work speaks for itself and well, when it comes to performance, it has certainly been on point whenever he has been blessed with good opportunities. Some of his best work over the years include the likes of Haseena Parkar, Yaaram, Bhaukaal, Shootout At Wadala, Bombariya, Aseq, Paltan, Chehre, Hello Charlie, and many more. He has got his base covered as an actor since he started off in the industry as an assistant director and slowly and steadily, he has grown from strength to strength to become a likeable personality. The actor is all set to charm his fans with his upcoming movie 'The Heist' where he's set to captivate the audience in the most prolific way. On being asked more about what could be expected from Siddhanth in the project, the talented actor shared and we quote,
"Well, I am not in a position to reveal much details before the release of the film. However, what excites me the most is the fact that the audience will get to see a different side of me compared to what they have seen in the past. I play the role of a man called Viren Shah who's in his mid 40's and is extremely cunning and shrewd. His early life was marked by a series of petty crimes and slowly and steadily, he rose the ranks to orchestrate complex scams that have defrauded thousands of poor people and naive Indians. He is driven by relentless power and has built his empire based on the suffering of others. To cut things short, it is totally opposite of what I am in real life and no wonder, everything, right from the preparation to my look and getting into the skin of the character has required a lot of hard work from my end. I am really excited and genuinely poised as I wait for my audience to see me in this avatar. I am looking forward to seeing everyone in the cinemas as I wait in awe and anticipation with a positive frame of mind. Thanks to all my fans and well-wishers for having been with me throughout."
On the work front, Siddhanth Kapoor has as many as 5 upcoming interesting projects in the pipeline that are set to release soon one after the other once this is released. Although he can’t officially speak on those projects, the buzz around them is slowly picking up and we are certainly looking forward to seeing him slay in all of them as well.

All the characters I play, become a part of me: Vishwas Saraf

Vishwas Saraf, who is seen as Shanky in Sargun Mehta and Ravie Dubey’s Badall Pe Paon Hai, which is produced under their banner Dreamiyata Entertainment Private Limited, says the characters he plays become a part of him, but he likes to be himself when the camera is off. He said, “All the characters I play, become a part of me, and they always stay inside of me. Shanky always stays in my mind, even when the camera goes off. But yes, I like to be me when I’m not on the sets.” His character, Shanky, is totally opposite of how he is as a person. He said, “Shanky is an extrovert, while on the other hand, Vishwas takes his time to open up. Shanky is overly energetic, while Vishwas is calm and composed. Playing the role of Shanky has made me realize that I can pull off these kinds of roles pretty well; hence, it has made me more confident.”
The actor is getting good feedback for his character. He said, “People have really started to like my onscreen friendship chemistry with Akash Ahuja, who is playing the male lead Rajat in our show. Our scenes give a tinge of humor, excitement, and a feel of true friendship to the audience. Vishwas further revealed that he bonds the most with Akash in the show. He added, “It helps in building that onscreen friendship chemistry and makes the shoot even easier and fun for all.”
So what do you think are the pros and cons of being a TV actor? “To be an actor is all I really wanted since ever, so there are apparently no cons. Speaking of pros, there are many. The best one would be that an actor gets the chance to experience many different feelings on screen on demand of the script, some such emotions and feelings are those that one might not get a chance to experience in reality,” Vishwas ended.

In order to be efficient, I need to be mentally and physically fit: Seerat Kapoor

Seerat Kapoor, who is seen as Mannat in Prateek Sharma’s Studio LSD’s Rabb Se Hai Dua, says she understands that her body will function well only if she is mentally and physically fit. She said, “When I am shooting for 12 hours, it is quite difficult to manage a proper workout, so I try to at least do my morning yoga. It helps me concentrate on my work as well.” “I know that only if I am physically fit and healthy can I do my work properly. That is my motivation and goal. In order to be efficient, I need to be mentally and physically fit,” she added. But Seerat looks for a fit body rather than a toned one. “I have faced challenges in maintaining a healthy body and lifestyle during hectic schedules. I don’t believe in having a chiseled body for show. My main focus is having a healthy and fit body that helps me do whatever I want,” she said.
Her diet includes nothing major but ghar ka khana. She said, “I don’t think there is anything else that can keep you healthier. My mom cooks my breakfast, lunch, and even an evening snack early in the morning.” Seerat’s fitness idols are her co-stars. She said, “When you see everyone around you taking care of themselves, you learn a lot.” Any fitness tips? “I recently started doing yoga, and I have realized that there is no better way to keep your whole body healthy. Meditation is also a huge help,” Seerat ended.

Subuhii Joshii on response for Nagvadhu - Ek Zahreeli Kahani : I was very scared

Subuhii Joshii, who was seen in the role of a new bride, Abha, in ALTT’s Nagvadhu - Ek Zehreeli Kahani, says that though she was scared of the response to the series because of the bold scenes, she is happy that it was received well. She said, “I think overall, I got a very positive response. I was very scared since I’ve done some bold scenes, but, honestly, everybody had all good things to say about it because it looked really nice, and it did not look unnecessary at all. It was very graceful. I was relieved when I saw it in bits and pieces. I got very good comments overall.”
She further shared that the feedback has been very positive, and added, “The audience found it tasteful and necessary for the story, which was a relief for me. The compliments highlighted the elegance and gracefulness of the scenes.” She mentioned that she is open to all kinds of projects right now, and said, “I would not mind doing anything like Naagvadhu again because, story-wise, it was really nice. The things I was dreading the most turned out to be really nice, so I wouldn’t mind doing them again.” Subuhii also stressed that it is very important for an actor to reinvent themselves with every new project they get. She said, “With every project, you get to do new things and play new characters. This reinvention is crucial for growth and keeping the audience engaged.”
She also emphasised that audiences have a wide variety of content options, which makes it difficult to get the audience's attention. “It’s challenging to attract an audience to your project. It depends on the actor's fan following as well, but selling a project is still very difficult,” she said. What about bold content on-screen? “Bold content is being accepted these days because people are more open about these things, and sex is no longer a taboo. People are pretty okay with it, although there are still places where it might not be well-received because families want to watch shows together,” she said.
“Even in my immediate family, I know they might not be okay with a lot of bold content. They still change the channel sometimes. But it's way better than before. Acting in bold scenes is just part of the show. However, I believe that bold content should only be included where it is necessary and not just to sell the content,” Subuhii ended.
