President Droupadi Murmu inaugurated the digital house of the Gujarat Assembly on Wednesday.Addressing the legislators after the launch of the National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA) project, the President said the ‘One Nation One Application’ will bring speed and transparency to the working of the house.She said the technology will help the public representatives to better raise the local issues faced by the citizens in their local constituency.

Addressing on the occasion, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel called this achievement a historic moment for the Gujarat Assembly. He said the state government has undertaken various initiatives to strengthen the digital infrastructure in the state which has brought efficiency and transparency in the governance.
President Droupadi Murmu launched Ayushman Bhav campaign aimed at achieving Universal Health Coverage and ensuring healthcare for all. She launched the campaign of the Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry through video conferencing from Raj Bhawan in Gandhinagar on Wednesday. The Ayushman Bhav campaign is a comprehensive nationwide healthcare initiative that aims to provide saturation coverage of healthcare services, reaching every village and town in the country.
Speaking on the occasion, President said that no village or region should be excluded from health services. She said, in the tradition of our country, there is a prayer for all people to be disease-free and healthy. President Murmu said, our vision of a healthy India will be realized only if all people are healthy.She lauded the Ayushman Sabhas and said that with public participation and participation of public representatives, people can be made aware to prevent communicable and non-communicable diseases like TB and diseases like sickle cell. President said that along with the long-term vision of healthy child, healthy nation, school health screening program for children up to 18 years of age will be very useful.
The campaign will be implemented during the Service Fortnight from 17th September to 2nd October.The campaign embodies a whole-of-nation and whole-of-society approach. It unites government sectors, civil society organizations and communities under a common mission to ensure that every individual receives essential health services without any disparity or exclusion.
