Maharashtra cabinet expanded,39 ministers inducted

In Maharashtra, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis-led state cabinet got expanded on Sunday, as Mahayuti leaders took oath as ministers in Nagpur. Apart from Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar were also present.  Governor C.P. Radhakrishnan administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly inducted ministers. 16 leaders from BJP, 10 from Shivsena and 8 from NCP took oath as Cabinet Ministers. A total of 39 ministers were inducted into the cabinet. Among them, were BJP's Chandrashekhar Bawankule, Pankaja Munde, Nitesh Rane, Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde)'s Gulabrao Patil, Uday Samant, and NCP (Ajit Pawar)'s Dhananjay Munde and Babasaheb Patil.
Shiv Sena's Dada Bhuse, Shambhuraj Desai, Sanjay Rathod, Gulabrao Patil and Uday Samant were among ministers from deputy chief minister Eknath Shinde's party. Ajit Pawar's NCP saw leaders Manikrao Kokate, Dattatray Vithoba Bharne, Hasan Mushrif, Aditi Sunil Tatkare and Dhananjay Munde taking oath at the ceremony.On December 5, Mr Fadnavis had taken oath as the Chief Minister and Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar as his deputies at a programme in Mumbai.
