Jaya Bhaduri acted in Mahanagar, a Satyajit Ray’s film and came to limelight at the age of 15. Hrishikesh Mukherjee cast her at the age of 16 in ‘Guddi’ and rest is history. 
She was too good. Some of her films like “Guddi, Koshish, Anamika, Mili, Sholay, Naya Din Nayee Raat, Bawarchi” etc are unforgettable. 
She had to cut short her career due to marriage at a time when she was a superstar in 1973. 
This song is one of the finest from Kishore and Asha. Sung at a very high pitch, this song was a rage during its times. It's RD’s one of the best too !!
