In IPL Cricket, chasing the target of 126 runs set by Punjab Kings, Sun Risers Hyderabad were 120 for seven in 20 overs at Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Saturday. Earlier, the Sunrisers Hyderabad won the toss and opted to bowl first. Batting first, Punjab Kings made 125 for 7 in the alloted 20 overs.

With the win the Capitals returned to the top of the table while the Royals moved down to the sixth spot.
Delhi Capitals spinner Ravichandran Ashwin joined an elite list as he became only the 3rd Indian after Amit Mishra and Piyush Chawla to pick 250 wickets in T20 cricket during an IPL clash against Rajasthan Royals. Ashwin outfoxed RR batter David Miller for 7 to grab his first wicket in 6 games and 250th in T20 cricket on Saturday.

The 34-year-old spinner has 140 wickets to his name in the ongoing IPL career while he bagged 52 wickets for India in 46 T20Is. The rest of his wickets came in the domestic circuit. He is the sixth-highest wicket-taker in the IPL. Veteran pacer Lasith Malinga is leading the chart with 170 scalps followed by Amit Mishra (160), Piyush Chawla (156), Dwayne Bravo (154), and Harbhajan Singh (150).
