You will be surprised to know that hero in this film was Mehmood and not Jeetendra as Mehmood did 3 roles and he was acting all the time in the film.Jeetendra appeared almost to sing a couple of songs only.

That was the level of popularity of Mehmood. Producers would first get the sign of Mehmood and then only hero and heroine.Mehmood would charge his fee more than heroes. 
No one can reach at the high dignified and stylish level of Mehmood during those days.
Now something about the song.Though shot this song a bit childishly; yet it is one of the finest melodies of Rafi and Asha.

Laxmikant and Pyarelal ruled the roost in 70s and 80s.
