BJP MP and JPC Chairman on Waqf Amendment Bill, Jagdambika Pal has said that how long will they keep deceiving? How long will they continue to mislead people? How long will they betray?. In his reaction, Pal said that he also pointed out that the amendments of 1995, 2013 violated Articles 14, 15, 19, 21, and 300A of the Constitution. If those violations occurred, you can understand that the government has now rectified them through an amendment, giving it a constitutional framework. I firmly believe that this will certainly be beneficial."We invited officials from 25 states and engaged with all key stakeholders, including the All India Muslim Personal Law Board or Islamic scholars... Together with all JPC members, we prepared a comprehensive 428-page report. The government has fully accepted all the recommendations made in this report. This is not just the acceptance of a JPC report; it is a testament to parliamentary democracy. When an all-party JPC report is accepted by the government and endorsed by the Speaker, it reflects the true essence of parliamentary democracy," he said.
