The Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has arrested four ISIS terrorists, all of whom are Sri Lankan nationals, at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport in Ahmedabad.They first arrived in Chennai and later reached Ahmedabad.Security has been heightened across the airport. The arrests were made ahead of the arrival of three IPL teams at the Ahmedabad airport for the qualifier and eliminator games.
According to sources, they were waiting for a message from Pakistani handlers at the Ahmedabad airport, sources said. Some Pakistan-made weapons were also received from the possession of the terrorists.According to sources, the four were tasked with targeting important sites for Jews.
