Truly delighted to be in Tel Aviv for the first time. My first engagement was the address at the India-Israel Business Summit on the theme 'Gateway to Growth' along with my friend and the Minister of Economy and Industry of Israel, @NirBarkat.

The large Indian business delegation accompanying him, Goyal added, reflects the massive potential waiting to be unlocked between companies on both sides. The India–Israel Business Forum, featuring plenary sessions, sectoral dialogues and B2B interactions, aims to push joint ventures and investment partnerships in sectors ranging from agriculture and water management to defence, cyber security, smart mobility, life sciences and advanced manufacturing.During the visit, Goyal is holding bilateral discussions with top Israeli leadership, including Minister Nir Barkat and other key ministers. Both sides are reviewing progress on the proposed India–Israel Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and exploring enhanced cooperation in emerging technologies, infrastructure development, desalination, wastewater management and innovation-led manufacturing.
Beyond official engagements, the Minister will meet senior executives from major Israeli companies and interact with Indian-origin business leaders and the Indian diaspora. He is also scheduled to visit innovation hubs and institutions that showcase Israel’s cutting-edge technological capabilities as India seeks deeper collaboration with its long-standing strategic partner.
