Renowned psychologist Dr Kriti Bharti urged the youth to face problems head-on and find solutions instead of getting intimidated by them. While addressing the students of IIT Delhi at the NSS social program Kaizen. She appealed to them to work towards creating a society free from exploitation and gender-based discrimination. "No one will come to save you unless you take the first step to save yourself. You can seek help from friends, teachers, family, or NGOs, but ultimately, it's up to you to find solutions to your problems," she said. Dr. Kriti, who is also an advocate for child and women's rights, spoke about the importance of setting boundaries and speaking out against exploitation. "Women often adjust to situations that are not comfortable for them, and that's when they become victims of exploitation," she said. "It's essential to know when to adjust and when to speak out against injustice."

Dr. Kriti Bharti has been recognized for her work in eradicating child marriages and has been awarded several national and international awards, including the Limca Book of Records.Her work has also been included in the CBSE curriculum too.Dr. Kriti Bharti is the Managing Trustee of Saarthi Trust, Jodhpur. She has worked tirelessly to eradicate child marriages and has been successful in annulment of 52 child marriages and stopping over 2100 child marriages. Despite facing threats and attacks, she remains committed to her cause.
