CBI has arrested 4 officials of FCI, including Divisional Manager, two Managers, an Assistant in a bribery case of Rs.One Lakh. According to information searches were conducted at 06 places in Bhopal at the official/residential premises of accused. During searches, the Chhola road house of clerk Kishore Meena , sleuths were shocked to find a huge sum of Rs. 3 Crore cash , 1 kg of yellow & White metal from the locker alongwith many registry of plots , FDs of around One Crore and a Note counting machine. The agency has also recovered a diary containing the alleged records including cash amounts obtained, date, name, etc. The CBI unearthed the catch on a specific complaint by a Gurgaon based Security Agency Kapoor & Sons.
CBI has registered a case against Harish Hinonia, Divisional Manager, Arun Shrivastava, Manager Accounts , Mohan Parate, Manager,Security and Kishore Meena, Assistant Grade-I on the allegations of demanding bribe of Rs. 1,50,000/- for releasing the pending bills of Complainant's company for January, February and March at Rs 50,000/- per month. It was also alleged that the accused demanded Rs 70,000/- each for the new bills to be submitted. It is said that that tainted officers used to collect their black money through the clerk in order to keep their image clean.
