Seven workers were killed in a fire that broke out at a chemical factory in Bhiwadi on Monday, according to information. The incident occurred in the Khushkhera-Karoli industrial area of the town.Officials said that two people are still trapped inside the factory premises as rescue operations continue.

Additional District Magistrate Sumita Mishra said police came to know about the incident during a routine patrol, following which a rescue operation was launched immediately.
“Nine people were trapped inside. Seven bodies have been taken out so far,” she said, adding that frantic efforts are underway to rescue the remaining two workers.Emergency services and local authorities are continuing operations at the site as efforts intensify to bring the situation under control and locate the trapped workers.
