Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday described his monthly radio programme ‘Mann Ki Baat’ as “no less than a pilgrimage”, saying it has provided an opportunity to understand the efforts of ordinary Indians and recognise their contributions. He made the remarks during the programme’s 139th episode, marking 12 years of the broadcast.
Recalling its launch on Vijayadashami 12 years ago, Modi said the programme had continued uninterrupted, with listeners serving as both fellow travellers and guides.
