Asha Parekh was busy round the clock since she acted as a child artist for the first time in the film ‘Maa’ in 1952. 
Her first film as full-fledged heroine was ‘Dil Deke Dekho’ in 1959. 

A smashing hit again. 
Asha’s most films were superhits. 
This song sung by Lata and Talat Mehmood was an icing on the cake for the already hit film. 

Salil Choudhury experimented to compose this song’s first two lines only; he took inspiration from Mozart’s 40th symphony.
Asha Parekh is remembered for her gracious dances - immaculate acting and stunning persona.
