Stock market end marginally higher,Jio Fin, UPL lead

The Indian equity market indices traded on an optimistic note on Tuesday ,extending their previous day's rally, amid firm trend in global markets.At close, the Sensex was up 79.22 points or 0.12 percent at 65,075.82, and the Nifty was up 36.60 points or 0.19 percent at 19,342.65.
Stocks and Sectors
UPL, Hindalco Industries, Adani Ports, Hero MotoCorp and Tata Steel were among the top gainers on the Nifty, while  losers included Bharti Airtel, HUL, Axis Bank, Dr Reddy's Laboratories and Reliance Industries.
On the sectoral front, metal, power and realty gained 1 percent each, while selling was seen in the PSU Bank, FMCG and pharma stocks.The BSE midcap and smallcap indices rose 0.5 percent each.
On 29 Aug'23, the Indian rupee ended 8 paise lower to end at 82.71 against the US dollar amid dollar buying by oil companies and large importers.
Experts Take: 
Market experts have recommended six stocks to buy for Tuesday- ITC, Tata Chemical, IRCTC, Gujarat Alkalies, Confidence Petroleum, and SJVN.
