Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal on Monday launched the Bharat Startup Knowledge Access Registry-BHASKAR in New Delhi. BHASKAR is an interactive online platform that will centralise, streamline, and enhance collaboration among key stakeholders within the entrepreneurial ecosystem, including startups, investors, mentors, service providers, and regulatory bodies. Speaking on the occasion, Goyal called on entrepreneurs and other stakeholders to make India a global hub in the startup ecosystem. He said Bhaskar will help startups to connect, collaborate and compete with each other. The Minister added that this platform will bring hope, aspirations and success to kickstart an ambitious revolution in this sector.In the last 10 years, PM Narendra Modi has revolutionised India’s Startup ecosystem and BHASKAR is another step in this direction which will help further strengthen innovation & entrepreneurship in the country, he said.

Secretary of the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) Amardeep Singh Bhatia also urged all to contribute their ideas to make BHASKAR a stronger platform that will push the startup movement in the country.
