India and France on Sunday announced 13 key outcomes across technology, innovation, trade, space, education and strategic cooperation during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to France, marking a major expansion of bilateral engagement under the Special Global Strategic Partnership. The outcomes reflect a shared push to strengthen collaboration in emerging technologies, economic resilience, education and defence, while advancing long-term frameworks for cooperation.

According to the government, the outcomes underscore the growing depth of India–France ties across strategic sectors, particularly in technology, infrastructure, defence cooperation and space exploration, while reinforcing the long-term vision of the partnership.
Earlier, both leaders held discussions on a wide range of areas, including AI, startups, trade, infrastructure, mobility and health, the Ministry of External Affairs said. They also exchanged views on key international and regional issues, it said.
