Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday slammed the Congress-National Conference alliance after the Jammu and Kashmir assembly passed a resolution demanding the restoration of Article 370, saying the action was part of a conspiracy against the union territory.He said the country won't accept the resolution. "Till Modi is there, Congress won't be able to do anything in Kashmir. Only Bhim Rao Ambedkar's Constitution will run there. No power can bring back 370," Modi added.Modi tore into the Opposition over who will be the Chief Ministerial face of the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA), saying that there is infighting as to "who will sit on the driver's seat." PM Modi kicked off his campaign for the BJP in Maharashtra with a rally in Dhule and Nashik.Congress is no longer the All India Congress. Congress has now become a parasitic Congress, he said.

Modi highlighted various women-centric initiatives of the Central Government including Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam, Ujjwala Yojana among others. He also listed out the women-centric initiatives of the State Government including the Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana. Further, he also emphasized various schemes of the Centre and State Government that have been implemented for the welfare of farmers and tribal communities.Campaigning has also intensified for by-elections to 48 assembly Constituencies in different states and for Kerala’s Wayanad Parliamentary seat and Maharashtra Nanded Lok Sabha seat.
