Indore ODI: New Zealand beat India by 41 runs to clinch series

India aim to clinch the ODI series against New Zealand as they look to chase down 338 in the series decider at the Holkar Stadium in Indore. The Men in Blue banked on the likes of Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Shubman Gill, Shreyas Iyer and KL Rahul to hunt the strong total down. However, the Men in Blue were pushed into trouble early in the chase as they kept losing wickets at regular intervals on either side of the powerplay. Rohit fell early for 11, while Gill was dismissed for 23. Iyer fell on a flat-batted shot on three, while Rahul mistimed one and was dismissed on one.

Earlier, New Zealand star Daryl Mitchell continued from where he left off in the second ODI as the star batter slammed yet another century in the third ODI of the three-match series against India. With the series on the line, Mitchell continued his Midas touch and hit his second consecutive century in the series. Glenn Phillips also slammed a hundred as the visitors look to post a big total in Indore. The two sides locked horns at the Holkar Stadium in Indore and with the series currently on level terms, the two teams will hope to put in their best performances as they take on each other in the series decider.
