World number nine Prannoy received a walkover in his semi-final clash on Saturday to final after Indonesia’s Christian Adinata pulled out with an injury towards the end of the first game. In women's singles yesterday, PV Sindhu's campaign ended after a loss in the semi-final. Sindhu was defeated by Indonesia’s Gregoria Mariska Tunjung.
