Australia beat India by 10 wickets to level series in Pink-ball Test

Australia maintained their unblemished record in Pink-ball Tests with an emphatic 10-wicket victory over a completely out-of-sorts India on Sunday, leveling the five-Test series 1-1 within just two-and-a-half days. This was the shortest-ever Test between India and Australia in terms of balls bowled. Starting the day at 128 for 5, Nitish Kumar Reddy's (42) cavalier approach prevented a second successive innings defeat under lights at Adelaide as India were bowled out for 175.India lost their remaining five wickets for just 47 runs in 12.5 overs on Day 3.

Usman Khawaja (9 not out) and Nathan McSweeney (10 not out) chased down the modest target in just 3.2 overs to seal the victory.With this win, Australia has bounced back big time from 295-run loss at Perth and levelled the five-match series 1-1. Also, they have kept their unbeaten run in pink ball Tests at Adelaide Oval alive, registering their eighth win in eight matches. This has put a dent on India's ICC World Test Championship chances.
